Hunger Fellow Emergency Fund

Emergencies arise that may lead Hunger Fellows to seek additional financial help from the Congressional Hunger Center. The Hunger Center only receives half of its funding from the U.S. Government, meaning that we must raise the rest through private contributions. Emergencies, by definition, are unplanned – and so are these costs to our budget.
