Potential field site organizations submit an application to host 1 or 2 Hunger Fellows. Emerson program staff review applications and narrow the pool of applicants to a group of semifinalists, who are asked to submit additional documentation. Staff conduct site visits with semifinalist sites that haven’t hosted Fellows before. Staff then matches the Fellows and sites.
