The Bill Emerson National Hunger Fellowship

The Bill Emerson National Hunger Fellowship develops effective leaders in the movement to end hunger and poverty in the U.S. During their year in the program fellows develop their leadership skills and gain hands-on experience through placements with host organizations at the local, state, regional, and national levels. Applications to join the 32nd Class of Emerson Fellows are due by January 17, 2025.

The Zero Hunger Internship

The Zero Hunger Internship immerses college students and recent graduates in anti-hunger work in Washington, D.C. In this 10-week paid internship program, participants gain work experience at anti-hunger organizations as they develop professional skills and grow as leaders. When summer is over, they return home as powerful advocates for effective anti-hunger programs and policies. Applications to join the 8th Class of Zero Hunger Interns are due by January 13, 2025.
