Our mission of "fighting hunger by developing leaders" is validated by hundreds of requests from across the nation for CHC hunger leaders.


Over 500 runners participated in the CHC's first annual World Food Day 5K designed to recruit more hunger fighters to the cause. To highlight food shortages at U.S. foodbanks and in North Korea and the Sudan, the CHC held events like the World Food Day 5K Run and a Candlelight Vigil at the Capitol Reflecting Pool.
