Fighting hunger by developing leaders.
  National Hunger Fellows Program

Program Vision

The National Hunger Fellows Program shares with future leaders our vision of a country free from hunger and provides these leaders with the tools they need to work toward this goal throughout their lives.

Upon graduation, our fellows will be leaders who:

  • Understand the importance of ending hunger in the lives of over 800 million men, women, and children across the globe
  • Build partnerships with communities to eliminate the root causes of hunger
  • Collaborate with diverse people, cultures, and institutions
  • Apply relevant skills, knowledge, and experience to shape anti-hunger policy
  • Motivate and inspire others to join them in ending hunger

Emerson National Hunger Fellows will develop their personal vision and mission throughout the program in order to take action to achieve measurable anti-hunger goals. CHC and the community of 185 former National Hunger Fellows will also support program alumni as they continue to implement their personal and professional anti-hunger missions in the years to come.
