Patrtner Organizations
Policy Sites
Fellows spend the second six months placed with Policy Organizations
working on hunger and poverty public policy issues. The program
partners with national nonprofit organizations in Washington,
D.C. that provide Fellows an opportunity to learn about policy
development and advocacy at the national level. With these
national advocacy organizations, think tanks, federal agencies,
and national coalitions of community-based groups Fellows
have the opportunity to advocate just policies, research and
present reports on policy issues, disseminate information
to government officials and other policy-makers.
