In this assignment, the fellow will work within the WORTH program, an innovative initiative that enables women to increase their family income. The field placement in Cambodia will provide the fellow with the opportunity to gain first-hand experience in implementing a successful women's empowerment program within a new country setting and to contribute to the growing knowledge base of how this program can be adapted to diverse cultures. During the policy year, the Fellow will work at Pact headquarters to institutionalized the WORTH program model to support its global expansion.
