Policy site host organizations develop a project proposal and submit it using this application form via email to email@example.com. (We typically receive about 25-35 work plan applications for 16 Fellows.) Fellows review all work plans and select the 5-6 work plans that best meet their learning goals and interests. Potential supervisors then conduct telephone interviews with any Fellows interested in their application. When the interviews are complete, Fellows rank the sites, sites rank the fellows, and CHC staff make the matches.
