Robert visited schools all over Ethiopia helping to implement the WFP Global School Feeding Program and monitoring and evaluating the impact of the program on the lives of children, families, and communities.
Robert worked with the Global School Feeding Support Unit in the Strategy and Policy Division of the WFP as part of his policy placement. There he was responsible for collecting and monitoring data on WFP school feeding programs throughout the world.
Robert served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Africa for three years, managed a county food bank in Massachusetts, and worked for the U.S. Department of State. He earned his Master’s in International Development and Social Change at Clark University and is fluent in Spanish and French.
