Liz designed and executed a survey to be used by the State Department of Health to expand outreach for the Child and Adult Care Food Program. She also wrote a study on the effects of the September 11th terrorist attacks on emergency food programs in upstate New York.
Liz drafted, finalized, and disseminated a nationwide survey of state policy choices in the federal nutrition programs. She also analyzed Food Stamp Program caseload data and researched state and local Community Food and Nutrition Program (CFNP) grants.
Liz graduated cum laude from Washington University in St. Louis with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy.
