Brooke prepared educational materials to help local food programs in their gleaning efforts. She also produced a 15-minute video called “Voices for Change” that defines the role of the Network in the fight against hunger and poverty inIdaho.
Brooke provided hunger and nutritional resources for Weed and Seed communities around the country. She co-authored A Guide to Federal Resources for Weed and Seed Communities, wrote numerous articles for the Weed and Seed publication InSites, and coordinated a Faith-Based and Community Organizations Focus Group meeting with member agencies.
Brooke graduated from Whitworth College in Spokane, Washington with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Political Studies and she has experience with poverty/community development issues on the local, state and federal levels.
